AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3660

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3660 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing line 10 with the following:

(a) Subject to appropriation, the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to administer a"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following: "newspapers, electronic media, educational facilities, units of local government, and the Department of Employment Security offices."; and

on page 3, immediately below line 10, by inserting:

"The Department shall adopt reasonable rules regarding the administration of the Community Youth Employment Program.".
