1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3339
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3339 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 16, after the period, by inserting "The
4 affidavit shall not be deemed to be an affirmation that all of
5 the signatures are valid."; and

6 on page 2, line 3, after the period, by inserting "The
7 affidavit shall not be deemed to be an affirmation that all of
8 the signatures are valid."; and

9 on page 2, line 14, after the period, by inserting "The
10 affidavit shall not be deemed to be an affirmation that all of
11 the signatures are valid.".
