2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3183 on page 1,
3 line 13, by replacing "10" with "2"; and

4 on page 2, line 6, after "law." by inserting "This Section
5 shall not be construed to grant any additional authority to a
6 county to borrow money or to remove any referendum approval
7 required of a county to borrow money.".
