1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3183
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3183 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 7 and 8, with "Illinois Banking Act, any
4 savings and loan association subject to the Illinois Savings
5 and Loan Act of 1985, any savings bank subject to the Savings
6 Bank Act, any credit union subject to the Illinois Credit Union
7 Act, and any"; and

8 on page 2, line 9, by replacing "bank or" with "bank,"; and

9 on page 2, line 10, after "association", by inserting ",
10 savings bank, or credit union".
