AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1703

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1703 on page 3, line 13, by inserting "or" after "misdemeanor,"; and

on page 3, line 14, by replacing ", or conservation" with ", or conservation"; and

on page 3, line 15, by inserting after the period the following: "This fee shall not be paid by the defendant for any conservation violation listed in subsection 1.6 of this Section."; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following: "the Illinois Vehicle Code."; and

on page 6, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.".
