1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1613
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1613 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:
4 "Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection
5 (a), trustees and board members shall not be indemnified for
6 willful misconduct and gross negligence.".
