1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1554
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1554 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 20 with the following:
4     "(i) This Section does not apply to the following persons
5 while serving process:
6         (1) a person authorized to serve process under Section
7     2-202 of the Code of Civil Procedure; or
8         (2) a special process server appointed by the circuit
9     court.".
