1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1226
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1226 on page 3,
3 line 23, by replacing "students." with "students, and no less
4 than 50% of the total number of enrollment positions in each
5 incoming class must be reserved for students who live within
6 proximity to the school. "Proximity to the school" means as all
7 areas within the existing city limits of Chicago located south
8 of 87th Street (8700 South) and west of Wood Street (1800
9 West).".
