AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1073

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1073 by replacing
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding
5Section 25-5-30 as follows:
 
6    (735 ILCS 30/25-5-30 new)
7    Sec. 25-5-30. Quick-take; Will County. Quick-take
8proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one
9year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
1097th General Assembly by Will County for the acquisition of
11property to be used for the reconstruction of the Weber Road
12(County Highway 88) and Renwick Road (County Highway 36)
13intersection, as follows:
