AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 102

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 102 on page 1, by replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:

"RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Marshall CUSD C-2 - Clark, with respect to non-resident tuition for children of full-time employees of the school district, identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-5671, is approved for allowing the district to claim the average daily attendance of such students on its State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such students tuition; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the request made by Bureau Valley CUSD 340 - Bureau, Lee, and Whiteside, with respect to non-resident tuition for children of full-time employees of the school district, identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-5656, is approved for allowing the district to claim the average daily attendance of such students on its State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such students tuition.".
