AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5771

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5771 on page 1, line 6, by deleting ", 5-5.5-15, 5-5.5-25,"; and

by deleting line 25 on page 2, all of pages 3, 4, and 5, and lines 1 through 19 on page 6; and

by replacing line 26 on page 7 and lines 1 through 4 on page 8 with the following: "shall be as follows: if the most serious crime of which the individual was convicted is a misdemeanor, the minimum period of good conduct shall be one year; if the most serious crime of which the individual was convicted is a Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 felony, the minimum period of good conduct shall be 2 3 years.".
