1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5288
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5288 on page 5,
3 immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:

4 "In addition to any other requirement of this Section, any
5 change of ownership of or any transfer of an interest in a
6 retailer's license shall not be approved by the State
7 Commission if the licensee owes a debt on the inventory to an
8 Illinois licensed distributor and the retailer is delinquent in
9 the payment of the debt under the cash beer law or the 30 day
10 credit law.".
