AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5146

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5146 on page 13, line 24, by changing "farm implements" to "manure transports"; and

on page 15, by replacing lines 3 through 6 with the following:

"(625 ILCS 5/15-308.4 new)

Sec. 15-308.4. Fees for special permits to transport manure. The fee for a special permit to transport manure under subsection (o-5) of Section 15-301 of this Code is $12.50 quarterly and $50.00 annually.".
