AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5007

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5007, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 5 as follows:

on page 1, line 4, by inserting "both" after "If and only if"; and

on page 1, line 5, by replacing "becomes" with "and Senate Bill 3397, AS AMENDED, of the 97th General Assembly become"; and

on page 22, line 17, by replacing "and" with "and"; and

on page 22, line 22, by replacing the period with "; and ."; and

on page 26, lines 15 through 17, by replacing "before the date on which Senate Bill 2840, AS AMENDED, of the 97th General Assembly becomes" with "until both Senate Bill 2840, AS AMENDED, of the 97th General Assembly and Senate Bill 3397, AS AMENDED, of the 97th General Assembly have become".
