1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4029
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4029 on page 3, line
3 11, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "However, at no time shall a contractor providing for the
5 transportation of pupils execute a cause of action against a
6 school board for accepting a bid meeting the lowest responsible
7 bidder standard set forth in this subsection (a).".
