2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3969 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 19 and 20 with "by that other participating
4 system to the General Assembly Retirement System in the form of
5 a lump sum payment determined by the General Assembly
6 Retirement System in accordance with its annuity tables and
7 other actuarial assumptions.".
