1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3801
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3801 on page 2, by
3 inserting immediately below line 3 the following:
4     "(d) The Department of Children and Family Services
5 Guardianship Administrator shall not personally be subject to
6 the reporting requirements in subsection (a) of this Section.";
7 and

8 on page 2, line 4, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and

9 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 25 the
10 following:
11     "(d) The Department of Children and Family Services
12 Guardianship Administrator shall not personally be subject to
13 the reporting requirements in subsection (a) of this Section.";
14 and

15 on page 3, line 1, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)".
