1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3384
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3384 as follows:

3 on page 3, lines 3 and 4 by replacing "is liable to this State
4 for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000" with "shall be
5 guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined an amount not
6 exceeding $500";

7 on page 3, line 7 by inserting "and" after "Act;";

8 on page 3, line 8 by replacing "; and" with "."; and

9 on page 3, by deleting lines 9 and 10.
