AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3285

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3285 on page 5, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following: "person."; and

on page 7, line 19, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and

on page 7, line 20, by replacing "40 years" with "40 years with a mandatory minimum fine of $2,000 and a maximum fine of $100,000".
