1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3096
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3096 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
5 9-1.5 as follows:

6     (105 ILCS 5/9-1.5 new)
7     Sec. 9-1.5. Advisory questions. The board of education of a
8 school district, by resolution, may initiate an advisory
9 question under Article 28 of the Election Code to be placed on
10 the ballot in the territory of the school district.".
