1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2896
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2896 on page 2, line
3 18, after the period, by inserting "Alternatively, "clean coal
4 facility" may also mean an electric generating facility that
5 uses synthetic gas created by the gasification of waste,
6 densified fuel pellets made from waste material that includes
7 materials processed through mechanical segregation, magnets,
8 eddy currents, or optical sorters, or fuel produced by
9 pyrolysis of organic or waste material from a municipality.";
10 and

11 on page 5, by replacing lines 21 through 26 with "biomass, tree
12 waste, hydropower that does not involve new".
