1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1462
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1462, AS AMENDED, in
3 Section 5, in Sec. 12-713, by inserting after the end of the
4 first sentence of subsection (c) the following:
5 "If an alleged violation of this Section has been corrected
6 prior to or on the date of a hearing scheduled to adjudicate
7 the alleged violation, the code enforcement official shall
8 dismiss the violation.".
