1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1462
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1462 on page 1, line
3 23, after "jurisdiction.", by inserting the following:
4 "For purposes of this Section, "code enforcement official"
5 means an officer or other designated authority charged with the
6 administration, interpretation, and enforcement of codes on
7 behalf of a municipality or county.".
