1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1130
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1130 on page 2, line
3 10, immediately after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "If an organization owns a movable soccer goal and enters into
5 an agreement allowing an affiliate to use that goal, then that
6 agreement must require the affiliate to (i) comply with the
7 anchoring, securing, and counterweighting requirements
8 specified in this Section and (ii) assume responsibility for
9 complying with those requirements.".
