1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 94
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 94, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on
4 page 2, line 12, after "population", by inserting "who has less
5 than 4 years remaining on his or her sentence on the date for
6 which the census reports population and"; and

7 on page 3, line 6, after "20", by inserting "for whom a
8 previous address is reported under item (3) of subsection (a)
9 of Section 15 of this Act".
