AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3589

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3589 as follows:

on page 1, line 19, by deleting "or family member of a 
4
veteran"; and
 
5
on page 1, line 21, by deleting "or military family 
6
organization"; and
 
7
on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 8 the following:
8
        "(8) One person appointed by each military family 
9
    organization that is chartered by the federal 
10
