AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3480

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3480 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 351B-1 as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/351B-1) (from Ch. 73, par. 963B-1)

Sec. 351B-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Small Employer Group Health Insurance Law.
