AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1937

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1937, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 9 through 13 with the following: "imposed upon the licensed owner conducting gambling. If the licensed owner of a riverboat in operation on January 1, 2009 has capital projects of at least $45,000,000 that are approved by the Board in calendar years 2006 through 2009 or for which at least $45,000,000 in expenditures have been made in calendar years 2006 through 2009, then no admissions tax is imposed on admissions to that riverboat.".
