AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1381 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1381 on page 32, 
3line 9, by replacing "By July 1, 2010" with "Not later than 120 
4days after the effective date of this Act"; and
  
5on page 36, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:

 

6    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
