AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1050

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1050 on page 11, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

"Class X felony, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, other drug or drugs, or intoxicating compound or compounds, or any combination thereof, aggravated domestic battery, or a forcible felony,"; and

on page 12, line 12, by replacing ", in its discretion," with ", in its discretion,"; and

on page 12, line 23, by inserting ", based on clear and convincing evidence," after "satisfied"; and

on page 15, line 10, by inserting "by clear and convincing evidence" after "demonstrated".
