AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 737

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 737, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
41 as follows:
 
5on page 27, line 16, after "bonds.", by inserting "This
6prohibition shall also apply to a company or firm that employs
7a person holding an elective office in this State, holding a
8seat in the General Assembly, or serving as a board member,
9trustee, officer, or employee of the Authority, including the
10spouse of that person, if the person or his or her spouse has
11greater than 7.5% ownership of the company or firm."; and
 
12on page 211, line 7, after "paid", by inserting "as follows:
130.33 1/3%"; and
 
14on page 215, line 18, by replacing "Horse" with "Illinois

1distributed as follows, subject to appropriation: $0.50 to the
2Village of Melrose Park and $0.50 to Cook County."; and
 
3on page 297, by deleting line 26; and
 
4on page 298, by deleting lines 1 through 8; and
 
5on page 298, by replacing lines 9 through 16 with the
6following:
7    "From the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th
8General Assembly until June 30, 2015, an owners licensee that
9(i) is located within 15 miles of the Missouri border and (ii)
10has at least 3 riverboats, casinos, or their equivalent within
11a 45-mile radius, may be authorized to relocate to a new
12location with the approval of the unit of local government that
13was designated as the home dock of the riverboat on January 1,
142010 and with Board approval and shall receive a
15dollar-for-dollar credit by the Board for any renovation or
16construction costs paid by the owners licensee, but in no event
17shall the credit exceed $2,000,000."; and
 
18on page 300, by replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
19    "(a-7) From January 1, 2013 until January 1, 2016, if the
20total obligation imposed pursuant to either subsection (a-5) or
21(a-6) will result in an owners licensee receiving less
22after-tax adjusted gross receipts than it received in calendar

18following:
19    "From the tax revenue deposited in the State Gaming Fund
