1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 642
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 642, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 7, line 15, by replacing "be" with "be borrowed by
5 June 30, 2010 and"; and

6 on page 7, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:
7     "borrowed and the amount borrowed shall not exceed 75% of
8     the amount of funding appropriated by the State to the
9     University for fiscal year 2010 but not yet paid by the
10     State. The".
