5 ILCS 90/10

    Amends the Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Commission's duties.

1     AN ACT concerning government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission Act is
5 amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 90/10)
7     Sec. 10. Duties; report.
8     (a) The~~The~~ Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall
9 consult with the Legislative Reference Bureau and other
10 interested parties on the fiscal impact and other consequences
11 of undertaking a comprehensive effort to make the Illinois
12 Compiled Statutes gender neutral.
13     (b) The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall report
14 its findings to the General Assembly by January 15, 2004.
