1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 239
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 239 by inserting on
3 page 10, below line 4 the following:
4 (d) Any company operating or holding itself out as a
5 low-profit limited liability company in Illinois, any company
6 formed as a low-profit limited liability company under this
7 Act, and any chief operating officer, director, or manager of
8 any such company is a "trustee" as defined in Section 3 of the
9 Charitable Trust Act.".
