    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6162 on page 23, by

replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:

        "(9) One member appointed by and representing a

    statewide organization of community college presidents.

        (10) One member appointed by and representing a 
7
    statewide organization of community college trustees.";

    and
 
9
