AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6146

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6146 as follows:

on page 1, by inserting immediately below line 12 the 
4
following:

    "The substance abuse testing authorized and required by 
6
this Section does not apply to an individual 65 years of age or 
7
older or to a resident of a facility licensed under the Nursing 
8
Home Care Act or the MR/DD Community Care Act.".
