1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6124
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6124 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following:

4 "actions commenced on or after the effective date of this
5 amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly if the action would
6 not have been time barred under Public Act 93-356 prior to the
7 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General
8 Assembly.".
