1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5888
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5888 on page 2, by
3 deleting lines 9 through 11; and

4 on page 2, line 12, by replacing "(iv)" with "(iii)"; and

5 on page 2, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(iv) Nothing in this subsection (c) shall apply to an
8 arbitration which is part of or pursuant to a collective
9 bargaining agreement.".
