1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5210
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5210 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Banking Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 5/1)  (from Ch. 17, par. 301)
7     Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Illinois
8 Banking Act.
