1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5161
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5161, on page 2,
3 immediately below line 11, by inserting the following:
4     "(c) The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 96th
5 General Assembly apply to a decedent whose date of death is on
6 or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th
7 General Assembly."; and

8 on page 3, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
9 following:
10     "(c) The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 96th
11 General Assembly apply to a decedent whose date of death is on
12 or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th
13 General Assembly."; and

14 on page 9, immediately below line 19, by inserting the
15 following:
16     "(h) The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 96th
