1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5113
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5113 as follows:

3 on page 3, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with "administer or
4 pay for any and all benefits made available to those persons
5 eligible under Article III, unless the"; and

6 on page 3, line 14, by inserting after the period "Nothing in
7 this subparagraph (a) shall prohibit the Department from
8 contracting with vendors to continue the operation of care or
9 disease management programs that existed prior to December 31,
10 2009.".
