1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4934
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4934 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Community Association Manager Licensing
5 and Disciplinary Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (225 ILCS 427/1)
8     (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a
9 delayed effective date)
10     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)
11     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
12 Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

14     Section 95. No acceleration or delay. Where this Act makes
15 changes in a statute that is represented in this Act by text

1 that is not yet or no longer in effect (for example, a Section
2 represented by multiple versions), the use of that text does
3 not accelerate or delay the taking effect of (i) the changes
4 made by this Act or (ii) provisions derived from any other
