1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4661
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4661, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 7 through 13 with the
5 following:
6     "Sec. 54. Automated external defibrillator. If the General
7 Assembly appropriates funds for the costs of the installation
8 of automated external defibrillators and the associated
9 ongoing maintenance and training, then the Board must ensure
10 that all staffed rail stations used for public transportation
11 have at least one automated external defibrillator no later
12 than 2 years after the General Assembly appropriates funds for
13 the purposes of this Section. For the"; and

14 on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 10 with the following:
15     "Sec. 3B.17. Automated external defibrillator. If the
16 General Assembly appropriates funds for the costs of the
17 installation of automated external defibrillators and the
