2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3919 on page 1, line
3 21, after the period, by inserting the following:

4 "Subject to provisions of the joint purchasing solicitation,
5 the Department of Central Management Services may designate the
6 resulting contract as available to governmental units in
7 Illinois.".
