2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3878, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the
5 following:
6 ""Closing" means ceasing all operations under an existing
7 facility license that results in patients no longer being
8 treated at the closed location. The term "closing" does not
9 include a situation where a facility ceases operations at one
10 location while contemporaneously establishing a replacement
11 facility in another location.".
