2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3878 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 13 with the following:
4 "treatment center, nursing home, or kidney disease treatment
5 center."; and

6 on page 1, line 20, by deleting "a health care practitioner,";
7 and

8 on page 2, lines 3 and 4, by deleting "or health care
9 practitioner".
