2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3869 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
4 "charged with or convicted of a misdemeanor violation of the
5 Use of Intoxicating Compounds Act and who has not been
6 previously convicted of a violation of that Act may elect
7 treatment under".
