1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2539
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2539 on page 2, line
3 6, after "guardian", by inserting "by the Governor"; and

4 on page 3, by replacing line 10 with the following:
5 "reasonable and appropriate fees. In counties having a
6 population of 1,000,000 or less, the public guardian shall do
7 so on not less than a yearly".
