3 line 25, by deleting "or surrender"; and

4 on page 22, lines 3, 6, 10, 12, 15, and 18 by deleting "or
5 surrender" each time it appears; and

6 on page 22, line 16, by replacing "child welfare agency, child"
7 with "child welfare agency, or a child".
