AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1202

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1202 on page 2, by 
3
replacing line 26 with the following: "Act of the 96th General 
4
Assembly, the county board of any county with a population 
5
between 15,000 and 50,000 by resolution"; and


 
6
on page 3, line 5, after "must", by inserting "have served in 
7
